Shipping policy
Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing. Please allow the shipping provider 24-48 hours to update their system. If your tracking information says "label created, still awaiting item" shipping provider are still in possession of your order. Once the label is created, all orders are immediately taken to the selected shipping provider.
For international orders please check your country's shipping carrier laws before purchasing. The customer is solely responsible for all duties, tariffs, fees, and/or taxes that may incur on your order. LLDesign is not held responsible for any additional charges. LLDesign does not have access to any further shipping provider information, we can see what you see! If an international order is returned to us for an incomplete or undeliverable address, the customer has 28 days from the date the item was returned to and in the possession of LLDesign to contact and repurchase shipping and provide us with an updated/correct address or the order will be forfeited.
Expedited shipping transit times are guaranteed by the provider, not LLDesign. Normal order processing time of up to 72 hours still applies in addition to the shipping transit time. LLDesign is held not responsible for when the package arrives. If your package arrives late, please file a claim with the responsible shipping provider.
You assume the responsibility to verify that the shipping address you provided to LLDesign during the checkout of your order is correct. The address you provided to us is the address we will use. If an item is returned to us for an incomplete or undeliverable address, the customer has 14 days from the date the item was returned to and in the possession of LLDesign to contact and repurchase shipping and provide us with an updated/correct address or the order will be forfeited.
If you have not received your order or it is LOST, MISSING, STOLEN, or DAMAGED, you must file a claim with the shipping provider that was selected at the time time of purchase. LLDesign is not responsible for any lost, missing, or damaged packages or their contents. Tip: if you're not going to be home during delivery hours, we suggest calling the carrier and asking them to hold your package at a local post for pick up to prevent it from being lost or stolen. LLDesign is not responsible for any shipping delays or issues. If you have any issues with the tracking number for your order, you must contact the responsible shipping provider. LLDesign does not have access to any further shipping provider information, we can see what you see!
